This project focuses on designing a Feedback Intelligence Platform that transforms raw customer feedback into actionable operational insights.
The goal was to move beyond traditional dashboards and create a system that enables decision-makers to identify performance issues, understand root causes, and track resolution efficiency across multiple business layers.
The platform is structured using a progressive drill-down approach, allowing users to navigate seamlessly from high-level performance metrics to detailed issue-level insights:
